Lu Chen

Lu Chen is the Executive Director, Global Strategic Initiatives working in the Office of the CEO and supporting the Executive Committee at Seagen.

Lu has held several strategic roles in the biotechnology industry where she most recently was a Senior Director at Gilead responsible for market research, forecasting, decision analytics and long-range planning across their oncology portfolio. Prior to joining Gilead, she led teams advising life science clients on commercial product and R&D strategy at the Boston Consulting Group.

Lu is a graduate of Massachusetts Institute of Technology where she received a B.S. in Chemical Engineering and has a Ph.D. in Bioengineering from Stanford University.
