  • Non-Hodgkin lymphoma (United States and Canada only)

How to apply for a medical education grant

All requests for funding must be submitted through our online grant management system. Please note that applications must be completed at least 60 days prior to the start of the program. When submitting an application, you will need to create an online account and provide the following information:

  • A program description
  • Needs assessment
  • Educational objectives
  • Detailed activity information
  • Detailed budget
  • Documentation, including a letter of request, a grant proposal, a W-9 form, and a Certificate of Accreditation (if applying for an accredited program)

You will receive an email confirmation when your application is received. You can check the status of an application at any time by signing into your account through our online grant management system or contacting grants@seagen.com.

If your grant is approved, you will receive an email notification and a Letter of Agreement to complete and sign. You will also be required to provide information about outcomes and budget reconciliation when your Seagen-supported medical education activity concludes.
